Job Description

The Operations Manager will oversee global company operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Responsibilities include supervising purchasing and merchandise logistics, managing license subscriptions (including research, acquisition, and policy improvement), conducting analytics on user activity, facilitating team communication, improving company policies, developing comprehensive documentation, and addressing end-user needs. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in operations management, strong communication and organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, flexibility, and experience working remotely. Proficiency in documenting processes and procedures is essential.

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Operations Manager to help our team and support their operations throughout the globe. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee company operations to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of company purchasing and merch logistics.
  • Managing company license subscriptions, as well as researching and acquiring new licenses for all departments based on the requirements.
  • Permanent Analytics on user activity for subscriptions
  • Policy improvement for license subscriptions
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among the operation team.
  • Continually improve company policies for optimal performance.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for internal processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with end-users to address their requirements and concerns effectively.
