The Partner Success Architect at Zuora plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of strategic and ecosystem partners. Responsibilities include collaborating with partners to develop innovative solutions, providing expert guidance on solution design and implementation, acting as a liaison between partners and product management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and supporting marketing and sales efforts. This role requires advanced expertise in solution development, strong industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The architect will lead discovery workshops, refine solution designs for large and complex engagements, and contribute to successful enterprise-level deal closures. They will also work closely with internal teams across product, engineering, and global services. Success is measured by key performance indicators such as sourced partner pipeline, bookings, number of industry solutions built, and joint white papers produced, influencing NPS scores, partner certifications, customer retention, and partner services revenue and profitability.

Reporting into the Global Head of Partner Delivery Success at Zuora, As a Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our strategic and ecosystem partners. You will be responsible for helping our partners develop, position, and deliver high-quality product and industry-specific solutions that align with our customers' needs and industry trends. This role requires advanced expertise in solution development, industry knowledge, and a deep commitment to partner success.

Key Responsibilities Of This Role Include

  • Collaborate closely with strategic and ecosystem partners to develop innovative product and industry-specific solutions that meet customer demands and drive business growth.
  • Provide expert guidance to both partners and internal teams on the creation of solutions that align with industry trends, market viability, and customer needs.
  • Lead discovery workshops alongside partners to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations that showcase how Zuora's solutions can address these challenges effectively.
  • Review and refine the overall solution design and implementation plan of large and complex partner engagements. Ensure alignment of the proposed solution with customer needs and objectives. This responsibility includes conducting in-depth assessments, collaborating with both internal and external teams, and recommending adjustments to enhance the solution's effectiveness and value, ultimately contributing to a smooth and successful implementation.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and product management, sharing valuable insights and feedback on product enhancements needed to better address customer requirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing and learning best practices across partner organizations and within the Zuora team.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitive analysis and market differentiation to help partners and Zuora maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with partners in supporting marketing events, partner workshops, and other activities to drive partner and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders, serving as the voice of partners within the organization.
  • Work closely with partners to facilitate the successful closure of enterprise-level deals.
  • Think creatively to craft user stories, solution blueprints, and point-of-views that translate customer and partner needs into technical and business solutions.
  • Work cross functionally with stakeholders in, product, engineering and Global services

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
  • Overall Industry experience of 15 + years
  • 7+ years of experience in solution development, partner management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
