The Payroll Administrator will independently manage all personnel administrative processes related to payroll, from onboarding to offboarding. This includes data entry and maintenance, managing personnel files, and serving as a central point of contact for social security, tax, and personnel questions. The role involves correspondence with agencies and authorities, supporting payroll and audits, and potentially drafting contracts and certificates in collaboration with HR. Experience in payroll, German labor law, tax law, and social security is essential. Proficiency in MS Office and payroll software (Addison, Sesam, SFIRM) is preferred.
