The gTech Ads Enablement Apps team collaborates closely with Product Management, Engineering and Global Sales, to proactively improve the serviceability of products by evaluating product readiness, identifying product gaps, and consolidating product feedback. We are the single point of accountability within gTech to our product and sales counterparts for the success of the product life-cycle. We aim to grow our team with people who will share our dedication to providing an optimal experience for our advertisers and publishers. This role will involve designing effective communications and launch programs with partners to ensure that new products and feature releases are tested before broad-scale deployment, driving activation of Apps Marketing Objectives and related GPPs, guaranteeing the technical aspects of integrations by providing necessary documentation and guidance, improving product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering and Global Sales teams, performing implementation reviews, advocating new product features, and ensuring the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges, identifying, driving, and optimizing the business growth from new opportunities by leveraging Google technologies.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience in product or program management
  • 3 years of experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Tableau, etc.)
  • 3 years of experience working with systems design and product design
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, communicating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences
Good to have:
  • 3 years of experience in Internet products and technologies
  • Experience working with Product Management and Engineering
  • Knowledge of the advertising market or online ads landscape
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders, with excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Excellent data analysis skills, and ability to pull from many different data sources and provide insights on that data
  • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
