Job Summary
Job Description
As a [Publishing] Business PM at KRAFTON, you will be responsible for the global publishing strategy and execution of KRAFTON games (excluding PUBG). This involves developing and implementing business plans, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement, conducting target user and market analysis to define service direction, and optimizing game service operations and performance management. You will also manage project timelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project execution. The role demands experience in managing the entire product lifecycle (from ideation to launch and beyond), strategic thinking, strong execution capabilities, and excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with senior management.

- 사업, 운영, 개발, 마케팅 등 글로벌 게임 프로덕트 전반에 대한 이해와 경험을 보유하신 분 (혹은 직접적인 게임 사업 경험이 없더라도, 게이머로서 산업에 대한 높은 이해와 관심을 보유하신 분)
- 사업성 검토, 런칭 준비, 라이브 운영, 서비스 종료 등 프로덕트 전 생애주기에서의 매니징 경험이 있으신 분
- 전략적 사고력과 실행력을 바탕으로 프로젝트를 주도해보신 분
- 경영진 및 시니어 파트너와의 커뮤니케이션 능력, 협업을 통한 영향력 있는 문제 해결 경험을 보유하신 분
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
