Job Responsibilities :

RazerStore Evangelist will help improve the shopping experience for customers, increase sales, and create a positive image and reputation for the business.

We believe that our RazerStore Associates have a great opportunity to develop their full potential with us - we offer the support of a global organization but empower our people to take responsibility at the store level!

As a RazerStore Evangelist, you will…

  • Create the energy and excitement around Razer products, providing the right solutions and getting products into customers’ hands
  • Establish long-term relationship with customer base through offering impeccable customer care and providing them with a memorable shopping experience while achieving sales target
  • Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines

Pre-Requisites :

  • You are passionate about Razer and eager to share that passion with others. Strong interest in technology or gaming, particularly Razer products, and agility at learning new products and features
  • Strong people skills – you are approachable, a great listener, and empathetic
  • Strong communication skills – you converse as freely and comfortably with small groups as well as individual customers

This position involves working on a shift basis, including weekends, to cover the operational hours of the store, which are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 5 days a week.
