Job Description

Google's recruiting team seeks talented individuals to guide candidates through the hiring process. Responsibilities include assessing candidates, aligning them with suitable roles, evaluating skills, managing interviews, partnering with business leaders and stakeholders, managing headcount, executing targeted recruiting initiatives, and influencing hiring strategies. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills (fluent in Korean and English), problem-solving abilities, and experience in full-cycle recruiting. Experience in closing candidates, negotiating compensation, and building relationships is highly valued. The role requires collaboration within a team environment and the ability to contribute effectively to defined objectives.
Must have:
  • 2+ years recruiting experience
  • 1 year agency or in-house recruiting
  • Fluency in Korean and English
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Candidate assessment and interview management
  • Building relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
  • 1 year of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
  • Ability to communicate in Korean and English fluently to support the applicant and business client management in this market.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
  • 1 year of experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages leveraging experience engaging for talent.
  • Experience in solving problems and delivering as a contributor.
  • Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Support candidates assessment for potential roles and identify team alignment based on understanding of the organization/function and role profiles.
  • Evaluate candidates skill and client needs, screening them for interviews and managing the interview process with some guidance.
  • Partners with business leaders, recruiting, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions to defined objectives.
  • Manage headcount for cross-project client groups to support accurate tracking and influence headcount allocation, ensure accurate mapping of job postings to open headcount, identify trends/insights to influence hiring strategy and priorities, assist clients with prioritization of requisitions, reconciliation of headcount, and optimum distribution with some guidance.
  • Develop and execute cross-project targeted recruiting initiatives to meet established goals and objectives, influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy.
