About the team Talent Acquisition Operations (TAO) team is committed to continuously improving our recruitment process, policies and tools, and achieving the optimization of recruitment efficiency and quality through innovation and technology. We build strategies and scalable talent programs and enhance the recruiting effectiveness with data driven insights. Responsibilities - Lead global recruiting operations across multiple workstreams, including audits, tool management, and workflows (e.g., job approvals, background checks, referral operations, and stakeholder support); - Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring the timely and professional delivery of results; - Create summaries, presentations, and communications while overseeing logistics; - Conduct regular data and process audits to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement, including data analysis and validation; - Handle complex escalations with cross-functional stakeholders and TAO leadership, maintaining accountability and ensuring timely resolutions; - Assist in creating policy and process documentation, such as playbooks, meeting materials, and training aids; - Support change management initiatives for internal and external stakeholders to enhance adoption and achieve project objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in recruiting operations with a focus on process improvement; - Strong execution skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy; - Proficient in creating process documentation, playbooks, presentations, and templates; - Exceptional communicator, adept at handling sensitive situations with sound judgment and cross-cultural sensitivity; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, delivering timely and balanced solutions. Preferred Qualifications - Able to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities; - Consistently exhibit a positive attitude in high-pressure situations. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $79800 - $132000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match. In addition to Flexible Spending Account(FSA) Options like Health Care, Limited Purpose and Dependent Care.

Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
