As an Azure Infrastructure Sales Specialist, you'll be a business leader driving Azure Infrastructure consumption targets within Poland's largest enterprise accounts. Key responsibilities involve engaging C-level executives, uncovering digital transformation initiatives, and leading virtual teams to implement cloud solutions. You'll build and maintain strong customer relationships, advise on cloud strategies, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deployment. This includes preparing compelling business cases, overcoming roadblocks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll need deep technical knowledge of Azure Infrastructure and proven success in cloud migrations and adoption. The role demands effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging partnerships to maximize results and exceed sales quotas.

Overview

As an Azure Infrastructure Sales Specialist, you are a business leader with deep technical and business knowledge within our enterprise sales organization, working with the largest customers in Poland.

A core competency of the role is to advance the engagement process to achieve/exceed quarterly Azure Infrastructure consumption targets for related workloads in your assigned accounts. You possess executive presence, you can engage with decision makers to uncover digital transformation initiatives, and an interest in learning how Azure cloud services can deliver digital transformation. You will lead a virtual team of sales, technical, and services resources to help customers realize the digital transformation through cloud computing.  You will develop and maintain Azure Infrastructure migration and modernization knowledge, able to identify projects, build a compelling business case, and drive the consumption project to production. You will build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction and act as a trusted advisor driving engagement at the CXO level with business and technology decision makers. You will help customers evaluate their cloud strategy, determine approaches to application and data migration and modernization, and recommend solutions that meet their requirements. You will remove roadblocks to deployment and drive customer satisfaction. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Azure Infrastructure and the ability to prepare sales pitches/presentations to external and internal leadership
  • Solid technology-related sales or account management experience 
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and orchestrating sales and delivery success through account
  • Strong track record in C-Level and below engagements around Cloud migrations and adoption
  • This role requires cooperation with local customers, therefore fluency in Polish is required.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Experience with Microsoft's Azure Cloud platform, or other public cloud platforms, including IaaS and PaaS technologies including hybrid, edge, and multi-cloud and how migrations translate into business impact.   
  • Familiarity with AI opportunities and Cloud impact on business and IT stakeholders
  • Solid track record of building and developing upper-level relationships
  • Knowledge of current technology landscape including enterprise software solutions, cloud and datacenter infrastructure trends and the impact of Artificial Intelligence on the healthcare and public sector industries
  • Familiarity with consumption-based solutions and consultative project delivery, creating urgency through influence on distributed teams to drive results. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Drives consumption and grows business with existing strategic customers by initiating conversations, guiding others on demos or quotes, and collaborating with partners or internal teams (e.g., Technical Sales Professionals, Global Black Belts), ensures rapid and robust deployment plan at point of sale that is validated by services and partners. Drives advanced workloads and usage
  • Sales Account Planning and Management: pipeline management, identification and analysis of customer usage trends, deal negotiation experience, understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs
  • Deeply understand our customers’ strategic priorities, objectives, and operating models to identify opportunities to create business and technical value. 
  • Create “buy-in” vision with key decision makers by building executive relationships to generate excitement around Microsoft solutions’ value to influence long-term strategic direction
  • Engage and jointly sell with Partners and Priority ISVs to maximize business results by bringing together Microsoft and Partner solutions to deliver against customer business outcomes 
  • Build business cases and customer proposals to substantiate the value of the solution leveraging available programs and offer to negotiate, close the deal and successfully displace competition
  • Orchestrate virtual teams composed of industry, solution, technical, licensing & legal team members
  • Drive Sales Excellence: Exceed sales / cloud consumption quota by driving pipeline management and accurate forecasting
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Share feedback, best practices to influence Microsoft Go-To-Market and product strategies.
