Must have:

Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S4 HANA environments
Exposure to Financial Accounting, including Accounts Payable/Receivable
Knowledge of FICO integration with MM & SD Modules, Project System
Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles

Good to have:

SAP certification in FICO / S4 HANA Finance
Experience with SAP S4 HANA Finance

Role - SAP FICO Senior Associate Consultant

Responsibilities

Work on Incidents, Tickets, Change Requests, and Change Management processes.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend SAP FICO solutions.
Stay current with SAP best practices, industry trends, and upcoming releases to recommend innovative solutions.
Serve as an efficient consultant for all FICO-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolution.
Should be able to adapt and work in a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Should be willing to work in Japan, UK, and US rotational shift timings.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree or Master’s in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA (Finance or equivalent) or a related field.
2 - 3 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Senior Associate Consultant in SAP ECC and/or SAP S4 HANA environments.
The candidate should have relevant exposure to Financial Accounting, i.e., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Accounting, Taxes, Cost center and Profit center accounting, Asset accounting, Bank Accounting, and Controlling.
Should know FICO integration with MM & SD Modules, Project System, COPA, Banking - EBS & DME.
Good knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
Good understanding of Interfaces, IDocs, and eDocument.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
SAP certification in FICO / S4 HANA Finance is highly desirable.
Experience with SAP S4 HANA Finance is a plus.
