Proven work experience as a Senior Animator.
Proficiency in industry-standard animation software (such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender).
Ability to create high-quality character and creature animations.
Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques.
Excellent knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics.
Experience with mocap data and integrating it into animations.
Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
Bachelor's Degree in Animation, Game Design, or a related field.
Experience in supervising and mentoring junior animators is a plus.
A strong portfolio demonstrating extensive animation skills and creativity.
