As mo.co’s Community Manager in Helsinki, you’ll develop, own and execute the overall vision for community engagement, growth and sustainment. You’ll align high-level strategy with the game’s broader goals and objectives, all while weaving together high quality and engaging content across mo.co owned channels, and by supporting Supercell’s unique group of content creators in fun and innovative ways. Whether you’re leading critical discussions within the team space, brainstorming the next update’s integrated campaign, finalizing the content calendar, or dropping compelling content across socials, you’ll play a pivotal role in launching, developing, engaging and growing mo.co’s audience for years to come.

Responsibilities
Create, develop and execute the community strategy in alignment with the game’s goals
Work hand-in-hand with marketing to ensure community activities are fully integrated
Own the creation and distribution of engaging, high quality community content
Explore and drive the development of innovative new forms of community content
Understand trends within the community and provide the team with insights
Represent our players within the team and the rest of the company
Manage a global team of external community managers and creative partners
Attract, build & manage strong relationships with existing and new content creators
Regularly track & report on community metrics
Use data to assess and improve the performance of community activities
Requirements
7+ years of hands-on Community Management experience in the gaming industry
Specific experience building communities for new game launches
Experience in crafting and executing community strategy
Exceptional writing skills (native/near-native in English)
Comfortable on camera, and interacting with players online and face-to-face
Comfortable with managing a large global community
Passion for Supercell games (and mobile games in general)
Experience addressing difficult situations within the community when required
Experience with social media management and business intelligence tools
Experience managing social media channels
Experience working with content creators and creative agencies
Ability to work independently without guidance
Nice to haves
Any experience in other marketing disciplines and/or content creation
Excitement and/or experience with music production and collaborations
Excitement and/or experience with fashion brands & design
Interest and/or experience with MMO/ARPG type of games
Existing knowledge of mo.co: YouTube, Insta, Reddit, X, Discord and mo.co
