Job Description

As a Senior Desktop Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional IT support for various devices and platforms, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. You will manage and administer enterprise IT systems, ensuring smooth operations and network support. Collaboration with IT peers and other team members will be key to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Utilizing ITIL/ITSM principles, you will handle and resolve support requests efficiently, continuously enhancing your technical skills. Participation and contribution to strategic IT projects that drive innovation and growth is expected.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with proven expertise.
  • Proficiency in Windows, MacOS, Android, Microsoft Active Directory/Azure, network infrastructure, DNS, DHCP.
  • Proficiency in enterprise productivity platforms such as Microsoft 365 (O365) and Google Workspace (G Suite).
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with device management tools such as Intune, SCCM, or JAMF.
  • Understanding of scripting languages like PowerShell and certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL/HDI, or Customer Service.

What you’ll do as a Senior Desktop Support Specialist

  • Provide exceptional, customer-first IT support for various devices and platforms, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

  • Manage and administer enterprise IT systems, ensuring smooth operations and foundational network support.

  • Collaborate with IT peers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

  • Utilize ITIL/ITSM principles to efficiently handle and resolve support requests.

  • Continuously enhance your technical skills and pursue relevant certifications to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Participate in and contribute to strategic IT projects that drive innovation and growth.

 
What you’ll bring   

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise IT support, demonstrating proven expertise in operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Android), Microsoft Active Directory/Azure, network infrastructure, DNS, and DHCP.

  • Proficiency in enterprise productivity platforms such as Microsoft 365 (O365) and Google Workspace (G Suite).

  • Familiarity with device management tools such as Intune, SCCM, or JAMF.

  • Understanding of scripting languages like PowerShell and certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL/HDI, or Customer Service are considered a plus.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a technology-driven approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to multitask, collaborate effectively within a team, and communicate clearly with a positive attitude.

  • Proficiency in English.
