JOB OVERVIEW

Plan A Technologies is looking for a Senior HubSpot Marketing Strategist to lead a few engagements for some of our enterprise clients. This is a consultative role focused on auditing clients' current marketing technology stack, processes, and data governance.

You will be responsible for turning discovery and analysis into a clear, actionable strategy that addresses data silos, unifies disparate business units, and establishes best practices for automation, segmentation, and ROI measurement. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role that requires a blend of deep technical HubSpot expertise and strong strategic consulting skills.


Please note: You must have at least 7+ years of experience in a Senior Marketing technology or consulting role, with a proven track record of leading platform assessments, developing migration strategies, and designing enterprise-level solutions in HubSpot.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the comprehensive assessment of the client's current marketing practices, data, and technology, with a focus on their HubSpot instance and ancillary marketing tools.

  • Facilitate discovery workshops and conduct in-depth interviews with diverse stakeholders, including marketing leaders, IT staff, and business line managers, to understand pain points, business requirements, and strategic goals.

  • Serve as the lead subject matter expert on HubSpot, providing recommendations for configuration, workflow design, data architecture, and process optimization.

  • Help build and optimize multi-channel campaigns that involve things like:

  • Setting up robust A/B testing and automation frameworks within HubSpot to optimize engagement and conversion rates.

  • Ensuring seamless alignment between Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams.

  • Monitoring and improving key metrics

  • Staying on top of emerging HubSpot features, marketing trends, and digital behavior shifts to unlock new growth opportunities.



EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or strategic consulting.

  • Expert-level knowledge of the HubSpot platform, including Marketing Hub, CRM, workflows, data architecture, and reporting.

  • Proven experience leading marketing platform assessments, strategy development, and large-scale migration projects for enterprise-level organizations.

  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, data migration strategies, advanced segmentation, and customer lifecycle marketing.

  • Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead workshops and articulate complex strategies to executive stakeholders.

  • Experience working with complex, distributed organizations with multiple business lines is a significant plus.

  • Initiative and the consultative mindset to guide clients from ambiguity to a clear, actionable plan.
