We are looking to hire a talented Senior Legal Counsel/Managing Counsel, Infrastructure and CapEx, to join our Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg legal team. In this role, you will support the facility and production equipment build out, operations and maintenance, including construction, CapEx, overall site infrastructure and other commercial teams on a variety of transactions and negotiations. The focus for this role is to be the trusted advisor for manufacturing, engineering, and procurement teams at the factory. You will be part of a global legal team that supports facilities and special projects throughout the world.

You have the ability to think strategically and know how to successfully and independently manage complex legal matters whilst prioritising your resources efficiently. • Support commercial and procurement teams on a variety of transactions and negotiations, including drafting and reviewing contracts in connection with construction, production equipment, and other commercial transactions (i.e., logistics, real estate, utility agreements and NDA’s). 
• Manage the enforcement of respective contracts (i.e., warranty claims, default notices, mechanics' liens, general claim management as well as dispute resolution)
• Provide strategic legal advice to manufacturing, engineering, and construction leads
• As needed, assist in transactions to support the construction, infrastructure, and production equipment teams on a global level
• Support on special projects
• Handle all other legal day-to-day work
