As a Senior Manager in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Service Delivery, you will lead service delivery and client engagements, building strong relationships and driving high-quality IAM solutions. Responsibilities include enhancing security posture and operational efficiency, collaborating with technical and business teams, and ensuring successful implementation of access management programs. You will act as a trusted advisor on IAM/IGA frameworks, access governance, privileged access management (PAM), and zero trust architectures, while mentoring team members and mitigating risks. The role also involves contributing to thought leadership in IAM and cybersecurity.
Must have:
  • 12-18 years experience in cybersecurity
  • 8+ years in IAM, IGA, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Azure, AWS
  • Experience leading IAM/IGA programs (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, RBAC/ABAC, SSO, MFA
  • Experience with compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST)
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
Good to have:

Job Details

As a Senior Manager in Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Service Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in leading service delivery and strategic client engagements. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving high-quality delivery of multiple IAM solutions, and identifying opportunities to enhance security posture and operational efficiency. You will collaborate across technical and business teams to ensure successful implementation and support of access management programs.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead Identity and Access Management engagements by aligning business needs with security best practices and regulatory requirements.

  • Drive service delivery excellence by managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on IAM/IGA frameworks, access governance, privileged access management (PAM), and zero trust architectures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Program Managers, SME’s, and Engineers to operationalize and enhance identity solutions.

  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing in IAM and cybersecurity domains.

  • Identify and mitigate risks in IAM implementations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

  • Enhance service delivery through proactive engagement with stakeholders, identifying process gaps, and implementing corrective actions.

  • Contribute to thought leadership by developing whitepapers, best practices, and reusable frameworks in Identity and Access Management domain.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 12–18 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 8 years focused on IAM, IGA, and Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Azure, AWS.

  • Proven experience in leading IAM/IGA programs using platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping, CyberArk, or Azure AD, Sitemeinder.

  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC/ABAC models, SSO, MFA, and different directory services.

  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and NIST.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex service delivery engagements and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and executives.

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, resource management, and risk mitigation.

  • Ability to identify business opportunities and contribute to pre-sales and solutioning efforts.

  • This role demands the availability during US Working Hours specifically from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST. 

  • This role is Work from Office position

Preferred Certifications

  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIAM or equivalent

  • Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., SailPoint Identity Now, Okta Certified Professional, CyberArk)
