Job Description & Summary

The Financial Crime Unit (FCU) Process Stream comprises of over 60 members. We support clients (mostly in the financial services industry) in their operations in an increasingly challenging business environment – global economic uncertainty, ramped-up regulatory and legal requirements, as well as unprecedented operational and technological headwinds. We help clients transform their processes and operating models by implementing strategies meant to reduce operational complexity through streamlining processes, optimization of technology and efficient use of resources. As the Process Stream we help our clients re-imagine “what is possible” and build sustainable business models that can be adapted to the requirements of specific industries.

We are looking for:
Senior Process Specialist


Your future role:

  • Designing and/ or improving the operating models within the financial industry, incl. Financial Crime area;
  • Participation in the implementation of new operating models, incl. governance principles, processes, IT systems, etc.;
  • Working with other team members across a variety of domains, from identifying creative but pragmatic options against potential market scenarios to developing conclusions, making strategic recommendations and then preparing plans to operationalize the agreed strategy;
  • Calculation of the business cases for various operating models and set up options;
  • Preparation of benchmark analyses, incl. proposed scope and attributes for comparisons;
  • Identification of key insights from conducted analyses, interviews, discussions and other sources to support the evaluation of business opportunities and presentation of solutions to Client’s executives and stakeholders.

Apply if you have:

  • Previous work experience (4+ years), preferably in a consulting role at a global financial institution, regulatory agency or a consulting firm;
  • Good understanding of the financial sector, incl. business and operating models and offered products/ services;
  • Ability to drive cooperation with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural and international environment;
  • Strong analytical, structured thinking, problem-solving and presentation skills;
  • Ability to build collaborative networks in order to share knowledge and provide a truly global perspective for Clients;
  • Fluency in English and German (at least B2 level, both spoken and written);
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel/ Google Sheets and MS PowerPoint/ Google Slides, including the ability to prepare structured & story-driven presentations.
