Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer to join the development team on our new Unannounced AAA Action RPG. This is a U.S. remote position.

Scopely is building an exciting AAA multiplayer action game for consoles, PC, and mobile, using Unreal 5. We believe this stylized fantasy project has the potential to be massive in scale and industry-defining! What You’ll Do:

  • Own and coordinate the day-to-day development of large game systems and features, ensuring their execution aligns with product goals
  • Build and maintain development roadmaps and schedules
  • Work with the Production team on scheduling and resource management across multiple teams
  • Track deliverables to ensure high quality work is delivered on time
  • Evaluate process and have an eye towards constant improvement
  • Handle shifting needs and requirements
  • Own the development of systems and features from idea to launch and beyond, with a strong focus on live operations to ensure ongoing success post-launch
  • Build trust with your teams and ensure all voices are heard

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for playing and making games
  • Deep knowledge of the game industry
  • Strong game production fundamentals and best practices
  • Highly developed soft skills that foster a positive mindset, promote collaborative problem-solving, and inspire inclusive teamwork
  • Previous experience in managing cross functional game development teams from early development to launch
  • Preferred 5+ years of Game Production experience
  • Enjoys working with passionate teams, able to adapt and execute on the fly and drive to outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and work autonomy
  • Effectively manages ambiguity and adapts to shifting priorities with confidence and clarity
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • A keen eye for detail and high standards of work
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high energy environment with a high amount of dependencies between teams
  • Experience tracking a complex project and providing insight and influence into how to deliver more effectively and mitigate risks
  • Knowledge and experience of Jira and Kanban are preferred.
  • Experience in LiveOps is a plus

 

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $113,900-$168,000 plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
