N-iX is looking for a Senior Project Manager (Experience with Embedded projects) to join the team.

Responsibilities: 

Managing multiple projects and teams
Communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations
Building and maintenance of relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities with existing clients, etc.)
Manage team’s performance appraisals, salary reviews, development plans, etc
Resource planning and staffing. Motivating and developing project/account teams
Ensure teams follow best practices on the project
Track project progress, ensure smooth processes and execution process improvements
Travel to the client for business trips when necessary

Requirements:

4-5+ years of project management experience
Strong project management knowledge and experience
Past experience working on a technical roles (e.g Team Lead)
Experience working with embedded/IoT projects
Teamwork mindset
English — Upper -Intermediate (B2) or higher

Nice to have:

PMP certificate (or similar)
