Production & New Business Director

Key Responsibilities:
 

Strategic Clients’ Management:

• Drive client relationships for our major global clients in NWE region
• Lead the scoping, pricing, planning, and proposal processes for high-impact projects.

Business Development:

• Drive business development with existing clients while supporting new business initiatives, including pitches, pricing strategies, and presentations.
• Drive and grow the business through strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with finance teams on pricing, P&L management, forecasting, and reporting.

Digital/Team Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for digital initiatives within the Havas network and with external business partners.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team, including project managers, designers, developers, content creators, and social media/community managers, overseeing daily operations, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
• Oversee all digital activities, ensuring effective project operations while supporting digital project managers with planning, prioritization, and tracking.

Qualifications:

• International experience with over 8 years of strategic account management.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, within a creative, localization, or media assets production agency.
• Strong business development acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent business and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Experience building and leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, eCommerce, CRM, SEO, and community management, digital media planning.
• Spoken and written English to a native level.
