Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Work with marketing, engineering and customers to define clear product specifications
• Develop the project costing, resource planning and master timeline for new projects.
• Develop tactical plans to ensure meeting product development deliverables and timelines to impact business growth.
• Lead a group of engineers to execute programs and materialize strategies by working with cross functional team
• Enhance and strengthen current engineering processes to increase effectiveness and efficiencies.
• Develop and enhance product development process to effect positively on the results.
• Plan and perform product testing, characterization and qualification.

Requirements:

• PhD/Master/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years R&D experience with 3 years relevant working exposure in MNC Engineering environment.
• Strong electronics experience with heavy emphasis on analog and power circuit design skill set, including layout design guideline.
• Knowledge of worst-case and statistical tolerance analysis techniques and functional dimensioning
• Proven successful track record in product development and meeting deliverables.
• Demonstrated success in organizational and people development.
• Excellent communication and written skill
• Proven hands-on analytical problem solving capability with in depth technical know-how.
