Senior Sound Designer 1

What You'll Do

As a key member of the Sound Team, your primary responsibility will be to compose, produce, and implement high-quality music scores and sound design elements for our diverse portfolio of slot games. You will work within a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) to create immersive and engaging audio experiences that enhance gameplay.

• Music Composition & Sound Design – Create original music and sound effects tailored to different slot game themes and mechanics.

• Audio Production & Implementation – Ensure seamless integration of sound assets into game builds, working closely with developers and designers.

• Training & Knowledge Sharing – Conduct internal training sessions and share best practices on audio production for slot-based games.

• Troubleshooting & Bug Fixing – Identify, report, and resolve audio-related issues in the game build to maintain sound quality and performance.

• Technical Problem-Solving & Documentation – Contribute to technical documentation, process optimization, and innovative sound solutions to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Compose and produce diverse styles of music, including Orchestral, Ethnic/World, Pop, Rock, Jazz, and Asian, among others.

• Create and design high-quality sound effects that seamlessly integrate with animation.

• Mix and master all game audio elements, ensuring a polished and immersive sound experience.

• Define and implement sound package requirements in collaboration with the development team.

• Work closely with game designers, animators, technical artists, and engineers to integrate audio assets effectively into the game's build.

• Ensure audio quality aligns with the game’s vision and meets portfolio standards.

• Format and convert audio files across multiple gaming platforms for optimal performance.

• Utilize task tracking and version control software to manage project workflows efficiently.

• Familiarity with JIRA, documentation, and AGILE workflows is a plus.

• Take full ownership of audio creation and delivery, managing end-to-end sound production for projects within deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Master's or bachelor’s degree in sound or music or must have relevant experience.

• 5-7 years of experience in music composition and sound design

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of Global & local stakeholders.

• Must have experience with:

  • Unity Game Engine

  • Any Digital Audio Workstation (DAW),

    • Logic Pro and Pro Tools, or any other primary DAW.

  • Various Audio Software & Hardware i.e., MIDI Keyboard, Audio Interface, Headphones, Monitor Speakers, etc.

  • Professional audio mixing & mastering skills (Must share references and showreels)

  • Knowledge of various VSTs & experience in using WAVES Plugins

  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving with Audio Production

  • Excellent knowledge of techniques related to sound (recording, mixing, integration, postproduction, foley, SFX, music)

• It is great to have experience in the following:

  • Casino games development

  • Mobile games development

  • Slot games Development

• Portfolio / Work Demo is a must.
