As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining techno-functional product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives to deliver valuable and continuously improved versions of the software. You will also develop project plans with timelines and budget, monitor costs and progress, partner with functional and technical teams to design process, coordinate activities and deliver projects on time. You will be responsible for engaging with Process and Tools (P&T) and Digital Technology (DT) leadership stakeholders ensuring communication of updates and expectations, coordinating project teams managing workload and conflicting priorities, and providing recommendations to keep projects in plan. You will also be responsible for applying existing technologies, approaches, and methodologies to design new products, systems or processes, identifying risks and mitigation actions and strategies, and establishing a communication rhythm with Stakeholders to ensure proper communication is established. You will be responsible for maintaining track, through Project Management tool (e.g. Clarity) of project financials, risks, mitigation actions, and manage changes. You will also be responsible for reporting status on a timely manner.
Must have:
  • Graduate in Computer Science, IT or similar or demonstrate equivalent professional work experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Experience in project management and leading technical projects
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems through innovation and creative solutions
  • Natural communicator, with an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Motivated self-starter that promotes teamwork and collaboration in a cross-functional environment

Partner with the best

As a Product Manager, scope will include (not limited to) the ownership of Spare Parts digital technology products (such as inSPIRe and Fusion Product Hub) within the GTS Parts ecosystem. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the business owners to lean the process, to define the budget and DT roadmap for the products and to implement solutions and continuous improvements accordingly with the overall DT strategy for GTS and external teams, in accordance with project budget and schedule. Moreover, as part of your Product Ownership scope, you will be responsible to coordinate activities across different DT Teams to achieve cost optimization imperatives as well as maintaining the products in healthy state in terms of CyberSecurity and mitigating obsolescence risks.

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with Process and Tools (P&T) and Digital Technology (DT) leadership stakeholders ensuring communication of updates and expectations.
  • Coordinating project teams managing workload and conflicting priorities; provide recommendation to keep projects in plan.
  • Applying existing technologies, approaches, methodologies to design new products, systems or processes.
  • Identifying risks and mitigation actions and strategies and establish a communication rhythm with Stakeholders to ensure proper communication is established.
  • Maintaining track, through Project Management tool (e.g. Clarity) of project financials, risks, mitigation actions and manage changes; report status on a timely manner.

  • Be a graduate in Computer Science, IT or similar or demonstrate equivalent professional work experience.

  • Have ability to analyze and resolve problems through innovation and creative solutions.
  • Be a natural communicator, with an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
