As a Senior Program Manager within the Enterprise Data and Insights (ED&I) organization, you will be instrumental in managing programs/projects across a wide range of data initiatives, leveraging Agile methodologies to drive efficient, iterative progress. This role is key to overseeing the overall work intake and prioritization process for the ED&I organization and managing high-impact programs and projects. You will work closely with teams across data governance, data architecture, data engineering, analytics & BI, data science, and AI, acting as a liaison for requests from business units and other data and technology organizations. This role requires a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and strong data/technology knowledge to support successful data initiatives that drive impactful business outcomes across the organization. What You'll Do

  • Manage the intake process across the Enterprise Data and Insights organization, including requests from business units and other data and technology teams.

  • Work with senior leadership to assess and prioritize work intake based on alignment with strategic goals, available resources, and potential impact.

  • Directly manage high-priority programs and projects within ED&I, applying Agile methodologies to facilitate iterative development and continuous improvement.

  • Define and scope program and project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and functional leads, ensuring alignment with ED&I and organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify project requirements, dependencies, and expected outcomes to establish realistic and achievable project plans.

  • Coordinate with other program and project managers on various initiatives to ensure a unified approach across all ED&I efforts.

  • Actively monitor project risks, timelines, dependencies, resources, and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, proactively working to resolve issues and keep programs on track.

  • Monitor and track resource demand, availability, and utilization to ensure efficient allocation and effective use of resources.

  • Work closely with ED&I teams, fostering alignment and partnership on shared goals.

  • Serve as a liaison between ED&I and Business Units, ensuring clear and consistent communication of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Facilitate regular updates, presentations, and reviews for leadership and stakeholders to keep all parties informed and aligned.

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by establishing and refining best practices and Agile methodologies, enabling ED&I to deliver data-driven insights more effectively

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree, PMP certification, or Agile certification (such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist) is a plus.

  • 8+ years of experience in program and project management in data-driven organizations.

  • Proven ability to define, scope, and manage complex programs and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and successful delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards.

  • Strong understanding of data and technology concepts, with familiarity in data governance, data architecture, data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, and data science.

  • Expertise in overseeing a portfolio of initiatives, with the ability to consolidate, analyze, and report on program health, status, and impact.

  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies, with a proven track record of applying Agile principles to drive iterative progress and adaptability.

  • Proficiency with JIRA, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project), as well as other project management and collaboration tools commonly used in an enterprise environment.

  • Ability to evaluate incoming requests, prioritize based on organizational needs, and make data-informed decisions.

  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects, timelines, and competing priorities effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience conveying complex information to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving project-related issues, with strong critical thinking skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and aligned environment.

  • Capable of managing and adapting to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range

$129,704 - $240,879 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
