As a CRM Project Team Lead, you will translate business needs into technical requirements, create work processes, and implement technological systems that will affect the experience of millions of players. Responsibilities include leading and managing a high-performing business unit and time-sensitive strategic projects from start to finish, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, quality and productivity, collaborating with business stakeholders and external vendors to define, analyze, research, and document business requirements and workflows, translating business needs into technical requirements to improve the department's processes, implementing new systems, building specifications and creating cross-system processes, and providing guidance, support, coordination and follow-up on customers' questions and requests.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of experience as Business Operations/Project Manager in high-tech
  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end crossed teams projects
  • Proven experience in planning complex projects in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solver with the ability to articulate program issues and drive to resolution
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English

Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment to millions of active users across the universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CRM Project Team Lead to join our rapidly growing CRM department. As a CRM Project Team Lead, you will translate business needs into technical requirements, create work processes, and implement technological systems that will affect the experience of millions of players.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing business unit and time-sensitive strategic projects from start to finish.
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, quality  and productivity within the context of the overall department's strategy.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and external vendors to define, analyze, research, and document business requirements and workflows.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements to improve the department's processes, and defining processes with an external implementer.
  • Implement new systems, build specifications and create cross-system processes.
  • Provide guidance, support, coordination and follow-up on customers' questions and requests, and solve issues within business applications.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as Business Operations/Project Manager in high-tech.
  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end crossed teams projects.
  • Proven experience in planning complex projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
