Job Details
22DOGS, a fast-growing international VFX studio with offices in Milan, Tenerife and Los Angeles, is looking for an experienced Freelance VFX Producer to support our production team on an exciting new Italy-based project. This freelance role is ideal for producers fiscally based in Italy, in compliance with Italian Tax Credit requirements.
Job Description
As a Freelance VFX Producer, you’ll oversee projects from planning through delivery—organising schedules, managing budgets, and facilitating communication between clients, artists, and supervisors. You’ll be a key part of keeping everything running smoothly and on time, while ensuring creative and technical quality remain top-notch.
This is a remote-friendly role, but applicants must be fiscally based and working from Italy for the duration of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project scheduling, planning, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Supervisors and Executive Producers on project budgeting and scope.
- Manage communication with clients and team members, both remotely and onsite.
- Run internal reviews
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates.
- Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets the expected standard.
- Track changes in scope and support change order documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in VFX production for film, TV, or advertising.
- Excellent written and spoken English is required .
- Very good organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiar with the full VFX pipeline
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace and FTrack.
- Must be fiscally based in Italy and eligible to work as a freelancer under local regulations
