Job Summary

Job Description

Develop shaders for 3DCG games, focusing on character shaders. Contribute to general technical game graphics production, including researching and proposing new graphic expression techniques. Responsibilities include shader production using real-time physics-based rendering, creating multifunctional shaders with special effects and animations, and ensuring the quality of final deliverables. Experience building pipelines for medium to large teams and managing rendering quality/optimization is essential. The role also involves general 3D artistry tasks.
Must have:

WORK DESCRIPTION

  • Developing shaders for 3DCG games, particularly shaders for characters
  • General technical work required in game graphics production
  • Researching and proposing graphic expression techniques
  • General work as a 3D artist

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING

  • Shader production using real-time physics based rendering
  • Production of multifunctional shaders with special effects and animations
  • Experience in finalizing and adjusting quality of final deliverables
  • Work experience in building pipelines for medium to large-sized teams and managing rendering quality/optimization

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRES

  • Knowledge of mathematical and physics-based graphics code and generation
  • Experience in creating effects using Houdini, etc.

[EMPLOYMENT STATUS] Full-time employee, Contract worker

[WORK HOURS]  Discretionary Labor System
Standard work hour starts at 10:00 am. Exact work hours are left to individual discretion.
