DE&ET Ad Platforms is seeking a Sr. Product Solutions Manager.

Our team is dedicated to building and managing the technology driving Disney's multi-billion dollar advertising enterprise. Working with globally distributed teams across all Disney media brands, we influence everything from foundational infrastructure development to innovative ad experiences and formats. Join us as a Sr. Product Solutions Manager, where you will play a key role in redefining advertising technology. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Product Management, you will drive the creative production of ad experiences for Hulu and Disney+. Your role will involve overseeing and optimizing creative processes while collaborating with Product Managers, Creative teams, and business stakeholders to craft and deliver cutting-edge ad products that captivate our audiences.

We're seeking an action-oriented individual with a passion for solving complex problems and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize creative production processes, tools, and workflows.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to drive ad innovation and explore new ad products by reviewing and providing feedback on designs and prototypes.

  • Manage the end-to-end production of custom ad products, from concept development to execution, ensuring they are release-ready through iterative feedback on design, testing, comprehensive documentation, training, and user support.

  • Oversee the production of creative assets for promotional materials, supporting the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams in delivering compelling presentations and proposals.

  • Manage the Disney Advertising online media kit, including ad product descriptions, demo videos, turnaround times, asset specifications, and creative guidelines for client asset gathering.

  • Serve as a point of contact for external creative vendors (e.g., voiceover artists, QR code providers), ensuring timely processes, adherence to timelines, and accurate payments.

  • Facilitate communication between Product Management, Creative, Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to provide regular project updates and manage stakeholder expectations.

  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Creative teams to ensure that all ad products adhere to industry standards and regulations.

  • Monitor ad product performance and deliver regular updates to stakeholders, using data analysis to guide decision-making on market impact and product iterations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

  • 5+ years of experience in Creative, Operations, or similar roles assisting in product development and/or supporting the design and implementation of complex technical solutions.

  • Experience working in advertising, streaming media, or similar technology-driven industries.

  • Proven track record of successfully contributing to technology teams and driving operational excellence in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

  • Strong understanding of project management principles, product development processes, and methodologies (Agile/Scrum), as well as tools (Jira, Airtable, Google Office Suite) and best practices.

  • Familiarity with creative tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Pro, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.


The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $114,900 to $154,100 year and New York, NY or Seattle, WA is between $120,300 to $161,300. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
