Summary

The Sr Sales Strategy Analyst will support the creation and follow-up of the sales plan for the Andean Region, aligned with the LATAM regional strategy. Responsibilities include continuous analysis of POS, avails, GS, and bookings to identify opportunities; challenging the status quo to find incremental business opportunities; following up on priorities and tentpoles, managing channel, customer, and total market targets; and reviewing and tracking budgets for NTLP product sales, ensuring profitability and adherence to the company's target budget. The role requires market trend analysis (Nielsen, GFK, etc.), consumption-based planning, tentpole performance tracking and prioritization, GB/POS forecasting, and advanced Excel, Access, and PowerPoint skills.

What Your Impact Will Be

  • Support in the creation and follow up of the sales plan for the Andean Region aligned to the LATAM regional strategy.
  • Continuous analysis of POS, avails, GS and bookings to detect potential opportunities within the region. 
  • Constantly challenge the status quo of the Sales team looking for incremental business opportunities to help make better decisions.
  • Follow-up and opportunity detection of priorities and tentpoles, taking care of channel, customer and total market targets.
  • Reviewing and tracking budgets for NTLP product sales, ensuring profitability and consumption of the company's target budget.

 

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of mass consumption
