Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support all TA administrative work for the Shenzhen site, including recruitment tasks such as post-offer engagement and pre-hire checks. This role involves onboarding new employees, creating and maintaining employee personal files, managing the Shenzhen employee P-file room, and maintaining various TA metrics and reports. Additionally, the coordinator will handle other ad-hoc tasks and provide administrative support as needed. The position requires someone who can prioritize tasks and get the job done effectively, with good interpersonal and communication skills in both Chinese and English, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and team members. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, proactive, and motivated.
Must have:
  • TA or TA coordination relevant experience is preferred.
  • Know how to prioritize work/tasks and get the job done.
  • Flexible, adaptive, good interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese and English.
  • Demonstrate collaboration skills with stakeholders and team members.
