Job Description

This internship involves assisting in sourcing, identifying and attracting qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical positions. You will use various channels including job boards, social media, and networking platforms. You will also screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and ensure a best-in-class experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The role also includes supporting the creation and posting of job descriptions, working closely with recruiters and the hiring team on projects to improve recruiting processes, and ensuring timeliness of updates and market intelligence.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Proactive attitude
  • Good time management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to deliver a satisfying customer service experience
  • Trilingual communication skills (English, Mandarin, Japanese)

  • Assist in sourcing, identifying and attracting qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms;
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit;
  • Ensure a best-in-class experience from both a candidate and hiring manager perspective by ensuring timeliness of updates, market intelligence and quality of resumes provided
  • Support the creation and posting of job descriptions on internal and external job boards;
  • Working closely with recruiters and hiring team to carry out projects to improve the recruiting processes;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above (HR or related major is highly preferred), with interests in developing a career in human resource, talent acquisition and recruitment etc.,
  • Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership
  • Good time management and being able to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to deliver a satisfying customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate trilingually (English / Mandarin / Japanese) to work with both Japan and international APAC stakeholders
