Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Workato, you will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. You will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate experience. You will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Your ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers will be essential to your success. You will be a passionate advocate for Workato's culture and values, and you will be committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.

Must have:

Strong understanding of the technology industry
Experience in sourcing and recruiting top talent
Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills

Good to have:

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Experience with social media recruiting
Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives
