Resposibilities

    • Maintaining and updating inventory records.
    • Conduct stock count for consumables, equipment, merchandises, or supplies in stock.
    • Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
    • Developing or improving inventory management procedures. (if necessary)
    • Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment, or merchandise.
    • Monitoring and assisting all departments regarding fulfilment and delivery for items under Inventory Team’s purview.
    • Responsible for verification of Delivery Order (DO) items when receiving goods by referring the Purchase Order (PO) and filling of Goods Received Notes (GRN).
    • To assist Procurement team with asset tagging.
    • Assist supervisor and team members with day-to-day and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least DIPLOMA/DEGREE with 1-year experience.
    • Have experience with inventory/warehouse management.
    • Multi-tasking, careful, attention to details, strong integrity, sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines.
    • Preferably specializing in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Strong in Negotiation Skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Required language(s): English, Malay.
    • Ability to operate reach truck and forklift is preferred.
