We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Tech Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tech recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent in the market. Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from initial screening to final offer. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and position requirements. Utilize various recruitment sources, including social media, resume databases, and networking events. Maintain a pipeline of qualified and engaged candidates. Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve the process.
Must have:
  • Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter
  • Deep knowledge of IT industry technologies and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities effectively
  • Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
