Job Description
The Technical Digital Marketer role at WebFX involves implementing and managing marketing technologies. Responsibilities include setting up marketing automation software (MCFX) and Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager (GTM) on client websites, auditing and troubleshooting these platforms, interpreting data, making CRO/UX recommendations, and ensuring accurate attribution. The position requires strong technical skills, including experience with tracking code implementation, basic HTML, and a solid understanding of digital marketing principles. Who We're Looking For
- General Knowledge in the following:
- Strong English written communication skills. Resume must be in English to be considered.

- Basic understanding of design and visual website elements
- Experience

What You'll Do
- Responsibilities
- Set up our marketing automation software (MCFX) on clients websites
- Consults with internal team to deploy Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager (GTM) on client websites
- Auditing / Making Implementation changes to Analytics and Tag Management accounts
- Interprets data, understands personas/audiences for LeadNurtureFX & PersonalizeFX
- Makes writing CRO/UX recommendations
- Understands Attribution/Micro-Conversions
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly production goals
- Requires reliable internet access
- The Content Integration Specialist role is NOT a client-facing position
- Percentage Breakdown
- 60% Google Tag Manager - Setup & Advanced Event Tracking / Troubleshooting / Google Analytics Troubleshooting Tickets / Data & Attribution Governance
- 20% MCFX Installs
- 10% Social Media tracking installation
- 10% Dev-related marketing support
Compensation

This position requires overlapping hours from 3:30 AM EST - 12:00 PM EST (New York Time Zone) Monday - Friday.
Africa / Europe (Ghana, UK, Ireland, Kenya, etc)
This position requires overlapping hours from 6:00 AM EST - 2:30 PM EST, Monday - Friday. The 40 hours of work doesn’t include any lunch or breaks.
*** This excludes South Africa, where our in-office team follows a different schedule.
North America & South America
This position requires overlapping hours from 8:00 AM EST - 4:30 PM EST, Monday - Friday. The 40 hours of work doesn’t include any lunch or breaks.
