Barracuda Networks seeks a Technical Support Representative fluent in Italian, Spanish, and/or French, with English or German. This entry-level role involves providing technical support for their security solutions via phone, email, chat, and remote access. Responsibilities include assisting customers and partners with configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, and protecting their IT infrastructure. Support will cover network, client/server, Linux/Windows/macOS, storage, email, and web products. The ideal candidate possesses strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Wir erweitern unser Technical Support Team mit Fokus auf Kunden und Partner in der süd- und westeuropäischen Region. Woran du arbeiten wirst:
  • Technischer Support für Barracudas Sicherheitslösungen via Telefon, E-Mail, Chat oder Fernzugriff
  • Unterstützung unserer Partner und Kunden bei der Konfiguration, Implementierung und Fehlerbehebung
  • Kommunikation mit und Betreuung unserer Kunden und Partner zur Sicherung ihrer IT-Infrastruktur
  • Unterstützung bei unseren Netzwerk-, Client/Server-, Linux/Windows/macOS-, Speicher-, E-Mail- und Web-Produkten
Was du mitbringst:
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Italienisch, Spanisch und/oder Französisch, sowie Englisch oder Deutsch als zweite Sprache
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit IT-Schwerpunkt (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL, FH, Universitätsabschluss)
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zur Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im technischen Support
  • Lösungsorientiertes Denken und Bereitschaft, neue Technologien zu erlernen
  • Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen Public Cloud, VPN, Virtualisierung, IoT, Microsoft 365 und Web-Technologien sind von Vorteil

We're expanding our Technical Support team with focus on customers and partners in our South and West European region. If you speak Italian, Spanish, and/or French, with either English or German as a second language, this is an excellent opportunity to begin or continue your career in the cybersecurity industry. In this entry-level role, you will provide technical support for our industry-leading security products, with the goal of protecting and supporting our customers for life.
What you’ll be working on: 
  • Provide technical support for Barracuda's security solutions via phone, email, chat, or remote access.
  • Assist our partners and customers with configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate with, assist, and support our customers and partners to protect their IT infrastructure.
  • Provide assistance with our network, client/server, Linux/Windows/macOS, storage, email, and web products.
What you bring to the role: 
  • Fluency in Italian, Spanish, and/or French, with either English or German as a second language.
  • Completed education with a focus on IT (apprenticeship, technical school, HTL, FH, university degree).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
  • Ideally, experience in technical support.
  • Strong solution-oriented thinking and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of public cloud, VPN, virtualization, IoT, Microsoft 365, and web technologies is an advantage.
