As a Senior Business Development Manager at TiMi Europe, you will lead business development, negotiations, and contract management for TiMi games in Western markets. Responsibilities include identifying and securing strategic brand partnerships (FMCG, consumer electronics, exhibitions), coordinating internal/external resources, conducting market research and competitive analysis, and maintaining strong client/partner relationships. This role demands a deep understanding of the Western game market, proven negotiation and contract management skills, and a strong network within the industry. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication, collaboration, and critical thinking abilities.

What the Role Entails

  • Lead business development, negotiations, and contract management for TiMi games in Western markets.

  • Identify and secure strategic brand partnerships to expand game market reach, including FMCG brands, consumer electronics, and exhibitions.

  • Coordinate internal and external resources; conduct market research and competitive analysis to support informed business decisions.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Who We Look For

  • Minimum of 8 Years Experience: Proven track record in game business development, showcasing strong negotiation skills and expertise in contract management

  • Extensive Network: Well-connected within Western markets; experience with brand partnerships is highly preferred

  • Market Insight: Deep understanding of the Western game market landscape and industry trends

  • Skills: Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills, a collaborative teamwork spirit, and critical thinking capabilities

  • Languages: Fluent communication skill in English is a must, ability to speak Chinese is a plus
