The Role

The Revenue Finance Infrastructure team focuses on developing scalable systems to optimize revenue financial workflows. This position involves enhancing these backend systems to be interactive, allowing internal users to meet their needs through a range of flexible user interfaces. The immediate priority is to create self-service functionality for Netflix’s Ads Revenue Management Platform, with plans to extend these capabilities to other revenue areas in the future.
 
This role is based in Warsaw and our teams work in a hybrid-working model.


Your Day-to-Day

  • Work cross-functionally to build new services, tools, and data models to operationalize our workflows at scale.

  • Participate in product reviews and team meetings, providing technical insight. Help scope, estimate, and prioritize between conflicting needs.

  • Evaluate new technologies and approaches to streamline and improve our rapid application development tooling and conventions.

  • Regularly learn new systems and tools as the Netflix platform and ecosystem evolve.

  • Participate in our on-call rotation and contribute to incident reviews.

We would love to work with you if:

  • You have experience building User Interfaces for internal and external users preferably geared towards financial use cases. 

  • You are passionate about user experience and have an eye for improving UIs

  • You are adept at building enterprise applications with HTML/JavaScript/TypeScript/CSS. We currently build our user experiences with GraphQL, Node.js, and Electron frameworks, and the ability to adapt to changing technology is important.

  • You have previous experience working with designers/PMs

  • You have previous experience in the Media and Entertainment industry.
