About The Project:
We are working on the new product - Live Casino. From Roulette to

Responsibilities
- Own the full UI/UX design process, from conceptualizing game flows to preparing source files.
- Conduct user research
and usability testing to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain
points.
- Analyze research
findings and translate them into actionable insights.
- Create wireframes,
storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively
communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop high-fidelity
prototypes to demonstrate design concepts.
- Design intuitive and
visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications,
ensuring a cohesive and consistent user experience across all platforms.
- Work closely with
product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and
implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and
experience.
- Develop and maintain
design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure
consistency and efficiency in the design process.
- Create interactive
designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure that all
interactions are intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable for users.
- Plan and conduct
usability testing sessions, analyze results, and provide recommendations
for improving the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with
the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Continuously seek
opportunities to enhance design processes and deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related
field.
- Minimum of 3 years of
experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing
user-centered design projects.

Familiarity with Casino field (live casino, slots).
- Proficiency in design
and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or
similar.
- Proficient in User Flow
Development.
- Strong understanding of
user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design
skills with an eye for detail.
- Understanding of
current web/mobile UI trends.
- Implement and maintain
design system and components, design versioning management.
- Strong communication
and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage
multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills
- Animation and motion
design skills.
- Experience with
front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
