Job Description

Evolution seeks a UI/UX Designer to conceptualize, design, and implement engaging and intuitive solutions. Responsibilities include prototyping, generating creative ideas, participating in design reviews and brainstorming sessions, preparing source files for development, presenting concepts to stakeholders, and managing costs and deadlines. The role requires close collaboration with various teams (engineers, product managers, etc.) to define product and user experience strategies. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the Warsaw office.

Must have:

3+ years UI/UX design experience
Figma proficiency
Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Excellent communication skills
Usability & user-centered design understanding
Problem-solving & attention to detail

Good to have:

Atlassian Jira & Confluence
HTML/CSS knowledge
After Effects knowledge

Job Description

Hybrid type of work (3 days from the office- ul. Przyokopowa 33 in Warsaw)

We are seeking a creative, communicative, and diligent team player to engage in User Interface(UI) and User Experience(UX) design for our products. In this role, you will balance usability with smart, creative design solutions, pushing boundaries to achieve effective results. You will collaborate in brainstorming sessions with an international team of professionals.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and assist with implementing highly engaging and intuitive UI/UX solutions.
Build prototypes.
Generate new ideas, creative solutions, and work on improvements.
Participate in design reviews, team meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
Prepare source files for development and supervise implementation.
Present concepts to stakeholders.
Maintain a professional approach to costs and deadlines.
Advance visual and interaction design and maintain cohesion through design systems and guides.
Work closely with stakeholders, engineers, product managers, business analysts, and support teams to define the product and user experience strategy.
Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
Professional or Bachelor’s degree in graphics or a related design field.
Creativity, problem-solving skills, passion, and attention to detail.
Ability to perform under pressure within tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Clear understanding of usability, user-centered design, and web standards.
Solid knowledge of Figma.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite tools (Illustrator and Photoshop).
Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence is a plus.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
