Who We’re Looking For

We are hiring a Unity and Native Android Developer Support Engineer to assist customers with SDK integration and issue resolution, expectation management, and contribute to testing and improving the product.

What We Expect

You will:

  • Take support queries from our clients, log them in our ticket base, and provide functional support.

  • Document and analyze the technical issues, root causes, and provide efficient solutions to customer and internal teams.

  • Communicate with our internal support to help alleviate client queries and escalate portal and SDK issues.

  • Review our SDK for potential issues and give feedback to the Developer Support Team Lead on how to improve the product;

  • Participate in QA, test customer facing SDK releases, and report bugs.

  • Understand customer’s unmet demands and manage expectations to prevent churn.

  • Help maintain the existing plugins.

You must have:

  • 2+ years of experience in Unity and native Android development, with a proven history of working on projects using Unity/C# and Android Studio/Kotlin+Java;

  • Ability to understand the error log and fix issues relating to areas such as build and SDK conflicts.

  • Experience working with mobile SDKs

  • Flexibility in learning new technologies such as Flutter, Swift, and Cocos, and the ability to adapt to new missions.

  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills and ability to continuously gather feedback to improve the product.

  • Creative and curious nature. Possessing an intrinsic will to succeed while unafraid to try and fail (i.e. learn) by experimenting with new approaches and testing ideas.

You might have:

  • Experience working with ad monetization SDKs

  • Deep understanding of the Unity ecosystem, with experience managing or developing Unity plugins.

  • Native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development experience.

  • Ability to fix the ANRs and crashes to get under the bad behavior threshold.
