Your role:
As an Unreal Engine Programmer, you will be a key player in bringing our vision to life. Leveraging your expertise in Unreal Engine 5 and C++, you'll be instrumental in developing games for PC, Xbox, Playstation, and Switch. Working within an agile project team of up to 70 professionals, you'll play a pivotal role in creating double A games that push the boundaries of innovation.
Your Daily Work
Your work will be dynamic and exciting, involving tasks such as developing games using Unreal Engine and C++, implementing various tests (Unit, Smoke, Integration, Feature, and Functional Tests) to ensure the quality and functionality of our projects, collaborating closely with the other departments to implement new features or enhance existing ones, and actively participating in multi-year game and non-game projects.
Your Profile
We are seeking a highly skilled Unreal Engine Programmer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the games and/or software industry. You should have a solid working knowledge of C++ and be familiar with Unreal Engine. Apart from your technical prowess, strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written) are essential, as you'll be working collaboratively with a diverse team to solve complex challenges.
Responsibilities
  • Utilize Unreal Engine and C++ to create cutting-edge gaming experiences for multiple platforms (PC, Xbox One/Series, Playstation 4/5 & Switch).
  • Collaborate closely with our talented team in an agile development environment to deliver  AA games that captivate players.
  • Implement various tests, including Unit, Smoke, Integration, Feature, and Functional Tests, to ensure the reliability and performance of our products.
  • Work closely with other departments to transform the game’s vision into tangible and immersive features.

Bonus Points
  • Knowledge about DOD (data-oriented design) to optimize data structures and algorithms for better performance.
  • Experience with performance optimizations, such as parallelization, to enhance the efficiency and speed of our software.
  • Solid math knowledge in areas like linear algebra and geometry, enabling the application of mathematical principles in game development.
  • Familiarity with Shader writing (GLSL, HLSL, or Cg) to create stunning visual effects and enhance graphical capabilities.
