About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented Web & Digital Content Designer to play a key role in maintaining, evolving, and enhancing Trackman.com as well as other projects like NextGolfTour.com.
Your primary focus will be on designing and refining website components with conversion optimization in mind—ensuring that our digital experiences are intuitive, visually compelling, and high-performing. You’ll also work on digital content to enhance user engagement and maintain a cohesive brand identity across platforms.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with developers, marketers, and other designers to create engaging digital experiences that align with our brand and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop new website components with a strong focus on CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma, leveraging design systems and reusable components.
Design and optimize digital content (landing pages, banners, visuals, etc.) for web.
Conduct user testing, analyze behavioral insights, and iterate on designs based on data.
Optimize UX/UI for engagement, usability, and performance.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Maintain strong attention to detail and deliver pixel-perfect designs.
Approach challenges with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in web design & digital content creation with a strong UX/UI foundation.
Figma expert – able to craft pixel-perfect designs, components, and advanced prototypes.
Experience creating digital assets for the web.
Experience conducting user testing and deriving actionable insights.
Strong understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with Hotjar or other user behavior analytics tools.
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to enhance design workflows.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Understanding of SEO best practices for designing web-friendly layouts.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing to optimize design decisions.
Interest in golf / sport in general—while not mandatory, a passion for golf is a huge plus, as it will help you better connect with our brand and audience.
