Job Summary

Job Description

The Account Executive will assist the Account Manager in project execution, handling daily client communication, follow-up, and coordination. Responsibilities include attending client meetings, preparing meeting minutes, maintaining client service records, and accurately documenting processes and outcomes. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting industry and client information to support project decision-making. The Account Executive will also assist in overall project planning, monitoring, and evaluation of filming projects. Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively understand client needs, facilitate internal team collaboration, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Must have:

Excellent communication & coordination skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Teamwork, responsibility, positive attitude
Bachelor's degree in related field
Client relationship management
Project coordination and execution

职位描述

1.协助客户经理负责项目的具体执行工作，从事日常的客户联络、沟通、跟进与协调;

2.参加与客户的沟通会议，编制会议记录，建立并维护客户服务档案，完整、准确的记录服务过程和工作成果;

3.收集、整理和分析行业、客户等相关信息，为项目提供充分准确的信息来源和决策支持；

4.协助项目整体策划并对拍摄项目进行监控和整理评估;

5.与客户及时沟通与交流，准确理解客户的需求推动内部协作团队，促成项目工作按计划执行;

职位要求

1. 性格开朗

2. 工作积极主动，具有团队合作精神和工作责任感

3. 良好的语言表达能力，擅于与客户及内部团队进行沟通协调。

4. 学习能力快，有上进心，能承受工作压力。

5. 熟悉办公软件，熟练使用WORD、EXCEL和PO WERPOINT。

6. 广告传媒、市场营销或相关专业本科及以上学历。

7. 形象好，气质佳
