We’re looking to hire a Senior Art Director with a focus on UGC for paid social and performance marketing. You'll join a reputable Direct-to-Consumer meal-kit delivery brand in the creation of engaging video assets for paid social media channels, collaborating closely with a talented copywriter, videographer, and editor.
This is a HYBRID position in Brooklyn, NY.
Duration: Long-term freelance, with opportunity to be considered for full-time.
Develop and execute visually compelling video content for paid social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Partner with a copywriter to create cohesive and impactful concepts that effectively convey key messages.
Collaborate with a videographer and editor, offering feedback during both production and post-production phases.
Engage with the Producer throughout the video production process, from storyboarding to directing talent.
Stay informed on the latest trends in video production, design, and social media marketing to introduce innovative ideas.
Work closely with the growth team to understand campaign goals and ensure video content meets performance metrics.
Provide creative direction to maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify improvement opportunities and offer actionable insights.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
A collaborative individual with a human-first approach and expertise in social media creative development.
Proficient in using data and analytics to guide creative decisions and optimize performance.
An exceptional communicator and presenter, skilled in articulating ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Passionate about creativity, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and technologies.
Over 5 years of experience as an Art Director in a creative agency or design-led consumer brand.
A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video production and art direction, particularly in paid social campaigns.
Hands-on experience with design software and on-set direction.
Experience in DTC or food and beverage sectors is advantageous.
Ability to work on-site four days a week.
