The Associate Product Marketing Manager will support the go-to-market strategy for Sinch Engage, a multichannel marketing platform. Responsibilities include market analysis, identifying customer needs and competitive landscapes, executing go-to-market strategies for voice products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating compelling messaging and value propositions, developing sales enablement materials (one-pagers, presentations, case studies), producing content (blogs, webinars, whitepapers), collaborating with account teams to highlight customer successes, tracking marketing performance, and using data to inform future strategies. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, and proficiency in Microsoft suite, Team, Salesforce, and content management systems.

Description

 We’re looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager to support the go-to-market strategy for Sinch Engage. In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams to position Sinch Engage as the multichannel marketing platform of choice. You’ll execute compelling messaging, aid in driving adoption, and support revenue growth by aligning product capabilities with market needs. 

Market Analysis & Strategy: 

  • Educate and execute against market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for voice communication solutions. 
  • Educate and execute target audience segments and tailor strategies to address their specific difficulties and goals. 

Go-to-Market Planning: 

  • Support go-to-market strategies for Sinch’s voice products, ensuring timely and successful launches. 
  • Collaborate with product marketing leader, product management, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies and prioritize initiatives. 
  • Enable the sales team to communicate value propositions and develop sales tools to support selling of our enterprise products 

Messaging & Positioning: 

  • Create clear, compelling value propositions and messaging for voice products that resonate with key customer segments. 
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including product one-pagers, presentations, case studies, and FAQs. 

Content Development: 

  • Produce high-quality content such as blogs, webinars, whitepapers, and videos to promote voice solutions. 
  • Partner with the demand generation team to design campaigns that drive awareness and adoption. 

Customer Advocacy: 

  • Collaborate with account teams to identify and showcase customer success stories. 
  • Use customer insights to refine messaging and influence product roadmaps. 

Performance Measurement: 

  • Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategies. 
  • Monitor and analyze product adoption metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
  • 1+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS,
  • Experience with partner programs or partner marketing preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to new roles, processes, and tools, contributing effectively from day one.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft suite, Team, Salesforce, and content management systems.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $79,605.00 - $99,507.00. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
