Job Description

As a Business Analyst - Devices at Paytm, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems and translating them into technical requirements. You will work on automation projects related to data integration, extraction, and visualization, building management reports, MIS, and dashboards. Advanced SQL, Python (basic), and experience with visualization tools like Google Looker are essential. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to improve the customer experience and contribute to Paytm's digital lending initiatives. Experience in VBA and advanced Excel is also required.

Must have:

Advanced SQL experience
Basic Python knowledge
Google Looker or similar visualization tool experience
Data integration, extraction, and visualization automation
Advanced Excel skills
Management reporting, MIS, and dashboard creation
VBA experience

Good to have:

Looker Studio experience
Market research and analysis experience

Expectations/Requirements:

1. Must have advance SQL experience

2. Basic knowledge of Python

3. Working experience on Google Looker or another visualization tool

4. Should have worked on automation projects related to data integration, extraction, and visualization.

5. Should have advanced excel knowledge

6. Should have built management reports, MIS and dashboards

7. Experience in VBA.

8. Analytics and critical thinking is important

9. Good to have worked on Looker Studio for visualization

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, preferably in the financial services or technology industry.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into technical requirements.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

5. Experience in market research and analysis is a plus
