Business Analyst (Learning & Development)

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Business Analyst (Learning & Development) for a top digital and product design agency.
 
This is a 12 month contract opportunity. The role is fully remote.
 
Responsibilities: 

• Liaising with the Learning & Development team to finalize and document learning requirements, processes, and design decisions.
• Working with the L&D and technical teams to configure and integrate learning subscriptions 

• Working with L&D and the communications team to increase engagement with this new learning tool.

 
Requirements: 

• Background in Learning & Development
• Deep knowledge of learning systems in an administration capacity, overseeing the course catalogue and assignments, business rules, user data, and reporting.
• Experience working with stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical processes and configurations.
• Comfort with designing and conducting online training sessions.

• *To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
