Job Description
This Business Analyst role at Google focuses on Global Marine Operations and OSS (Operations Support Systems). Responsibilities include creating dashboards and reports, presenting data insights, developing processes to improve operations, supporting project managers, ensuring solutions meet business requirements, and establishing data analysis processes related to network risk and performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, cross-functional project management, network operations support, OSS systems, Google Cloud software implementation, and data analytics. Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years program management experience
- Experience in network operations, OSS systems
- Data analysis & process development skills
- Google Cloud Software implementation experience
Good to have:
- Experience managing cross-functional projects
- Software development/coding experience
- Experience with operating systems, databases
- Data extraction and operational process experience

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 5 years of experience in supporting network operations in Business Operations, Data Analysis, or systems development.
- Experience in Network Operations, Operations support systems (OSS) Systems and Google Cloud Software implementation.
- Experience in software development or coding, operating systems, database structures, data extraction and related operational processes.
- Experience in data analytics, process development and design based on data motivated insights.

- Develop processes and improve operations translating business requirements into data analysis projects.
- Support project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
- Be responsible for establishing data analysis processes related to network risk and performance information.
