HOLOGATE is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase sales and revenue growth with HGXR XR solutions focusing on, but not limited to, defense, emergency services and security industries
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
Collaborate with product development teams to identify and develop new XR enterprise solutions that meet the needs of new and existing clients
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to promote XR enterprise solutions
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and C-level on business development activities, progress, and results

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum three years prior experience working in military, law enforcement, or security sectors
Experience with XR technology and its application in enterprise training a plus
Strong understanding of public procurement processes and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and generate revenue growth
Ability to work proactively, independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluency in German and English
